As a sales and development firm in Moorestown, we’re seeking a Business Management Trainee to connect our customers with Verizon’s wireless solutions. The Business Management Trainee engages with our customers in person, making their wireless experience feel simple and enjoyable.
As a Business Management Trainee, you’ll join a training program that treats leadership like a muscle; you have to work it to grow it. The Business Management Trainee will also learn how to motivate sales teams, manage customer accounts, and drive sales by example, all while helping customers discover Verizon’s smartphones and data plans. If you’re ready to coach and be coached, this is your role.
Core Functions of the Business Management Trainee- Connect with customers in person to explore their wireless needs, present Verizon’s smartphone options and data plans, and learn leadership skills.
- Explain the benefits of Verizon’s data plans in person, focusing on flexibility and value, and lead by example in clear, persuasive communication.
- Present Verizon’s mobile solutions in person, such as shared data plans and international options, while coaching peers on effective sales strategies.
- Support customers with account updates, ensuring they understand their service, and demonstrate leadership in problem-solving.
- Emphasize the accessibility of Verizon’s wireless value, including competitive pricing and reliable coverage, while inspiring sales team members to prioritize customer needs.
- Resolve customer questions about Verizon’s offerings, and lead efforts to streamline responses and improve service efficiency.
- Ambitious and interested in growing from a trainee into sales and management.
