We are currently seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our client’s team, servicing high-end residential properties across the Sandwell area.

This is a full-time, permanent position, directly employed on a CIS basis.

• Wallpaper hanging and high-quality decorating in luxury residential properties.
• Stripping old wallpaper or paint layers.
• Preparing surfaces and materials to a professional standard.
• Measuring and estimating materials required for each job.
• Ensuring all work is completed to high quality standards and client specifications.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Working collaboratively with other trades such as electricians and plumbers.

• Full UK driving licence with own van and tools.
• Time-served painter and decorator with solid experience in high-end residential work.
• Strong knowledge of painting and decorating techniques.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Must have a CSCS Card.
• Must have a DBS check or be willing to get one.
• Must be able to hang wallpaper.
