As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with behavioral health needs, promoting positive outcomes, and fostering a safe and nurturing environment.

We’re looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Support Specialists. In this role, you’ll work directly with children and youth, helping them build essential life skills, improve communication, and gain independence in their daily lives.

  • Work one‑on‑one or in small groups with youth to support behavioral and skill development
  • Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based strategies
  • Turn everyday moments into opportunities for growth and learning
  • Support youth in reducing challenging behaviors and building positive alternatives
  • Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
  • Document progress and contribute to treatment planning

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience working with youth or individuals with special needs (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred)
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, creative approach to problem‑solving
  • Must be 18+
Schedule & Program Details

Our After school Program operates Monday‑Friday between 12:00 PM‑8:00 PM during the school year and transitions to daytime hours (between 7:30 AM‑4:30 PM) during the summer months. Rotational Saturdays (9:00 AM‑4:00 PM) are required year‑round for After school staff.
