Youth Service Bureau of Illinois Valley is seeking a dedicated family support worker to provide direct services to ten to fifteen families. You will educate, model parenting skills, and help families access needed resources in home and community settings.
Responsibilities include case monitoring, developing family plans, and performing outreach to collateral services, while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with supervisors and peers.
