In-Home Counselor

SIRE Solutions is looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our team as In-Home Counselors. This role is a great fit for someone who wants hands‑on experience working with families, values flexibility, and wants to make a real impact in their community.

• Working directly with children, parents, and caregivers in their homes or the community
• Supporting families involved with Children & Youth Services (CYS)
• Helping caregivers build parenting skills, structure, and routines
• Assisting families with emotional regulation, communication, and problem‑solving
• Collaborating with caseworkers, schools, and other professionals
• Completing simple, timely documentation

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field

(psychology, social work, criminal justice, sociology, education, etc.)

• Experience working with children or families is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and good boundaries
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• $25 per hour
• Health insurance/dental/vision (with a 25 hour billable work week)
