Family Coach- Together Program

The family coaches will work closely with families in implementing the Better Together program each week. They must have experience with working with families, implementing family strengthening programs, and supporting families in a Zoom environment.

• Implement Better Together through Zoom-based classes with entire families.
• Provide implementation support and technical assistance to parents as needed.
• Provide feedback to parents on child development videos.
• Other duties as specified.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred in social work, psychology, counseling, education, public health, or a related field.
• Experience with children/families, behavioral health/community-based programs.
• Experience with project coordination, implementation, or technical assistance preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and family-centered services preferred.

• Expertise in Better Together program: must be an original developer of the program.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple organizations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, and child/family services.
• Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, virtual platforms, and project management software.
