Starting Pay
- $21.05/hr – No CDL? We’ll train you in‐house AND pay you while you train!
- $27.94/hr – Already have a valid CDL with school bus endorsements? Start at this higher rate!
- No CDL Required to Start – We’ll hire you as an hourly employee and provide all the training you need to earn your Commercial Driver’s License with school bus endorsements.
- Get Paid to Train – You’ll receive $21.05/hour from day one of your training.
- Career Growth Opportunities – Start as hourly, move to part‑time, and eventually to full‑time. We invest in your success!
- Excellent Pay for CDL Drivers – Already licensed? Earn $27.94/hour to start.

- Must be at least 21 years old
- Pass a background check, physical, and drug test
