Flight Attendant (Part‑time) – responsible for the safety and comfort of guests and fellow Team Members while representing Breeze Airways’ core values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

- Use, implement, and explain Breeze’s inflight technology.
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) while upholding highest hygiene standards.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization.
- Communicate clearly during instruction, including emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Administer first‑aid and medical care, if required, during emergencies.
- Conduct security screenings, if needed.
- Complete Autism Awareness Training.
- Meet performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group values.
- Able to perform the physical demands and working conditions of the Flight Attendant role.
- Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Must be able to travel to/from the United States without restriction or interruption.
- Must possess a passport with at least six months remaining before expiration.
- Height minimum – can reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance.
- Height maximum – provides adequate head clearance in the cabin.
- Must have sufficient vision and hearing to safely and effectively carry out duties.
- Able to sit and buckle into a Flight Attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt on assigned aircraft.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, including giving emergency commands and reading announcements.
- Able to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Able to adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations.
- Must pass a DOT pre‑employment drug test and a TSA fingerprint‑based criminal history and background check.
- Must complete a 3+ week full‑time Flight Attendant Training course.
- Willing to work irregular hours, including early mornings, late nights, overnights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Willing to work “Reserve Assignments.”
- Must follow Breeze Airways Tattoo and Piercing policy; teeth embellishments in uniform are not allowed.
- Neat, well‑groomed, and capable of making a positive impression.
- Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately under high levels of stress.
- Think independently while being part of a collaborative team.
- Work independently without direct supervision.
- Self‑starter with a positive attitude and strong desire for success.
- Skilled in handling difficult situations, problem solving, complaint resolution, and conflict de‑escalation.

- Able to perform assigned duties, including but not limited to:
- Bending
- Kneeling
- Standing
- Walking
- Moving through aircraft aisles for extended periods (including during turbulence)
- Lifting luggage
- Pushing/pulling catering carts
- Opening and closing overhead storage compartments
- Operating doors and emergency exits (armed and unarmed)
- Working in confined spaces
- Able to open/close overhead compartments with a maximum push/pull force of approximately fifty pounds.
