About This Role
We are hiring Part Time Flight Attendants for our new FLL Crew Base. Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of guests, welcoming them, handling high‑stress situations, collaborating with team members, and representing Breeze Airways by living our core values of safety, kindness, integrity, ingenuity, and excellence.
Minimum Qualifications- Able to perform the physical demands and working conditions of the flight attendant role
- Need to welcome and accommodate guests, mitigate high‑stress situations and collaborate with team members
- Must be 21 years of age or older at time of application
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
- Must be able to travel to/from the United States without restriction or interruption
- Must currently possess a passport with a minimum of six months remaining before expiration
- Must live within a two‑hour driving distance from the Fort Lauderdale‑Hollywood International Airport
- Must attend initial flight attendant training within the next three months; training will be held at one of our Breeze Training Academy facilities near Salt Lake City, UT, Providence, RI, or other Breeze Base locations
- Must successfully complete initial flight attendant training
- Must pass a DOT pre‑employment drug test
- Must pass TSA fingerprint‑based criminal history check and Breeze background checks
- Must be willing to work irregular hours, including early mornings, late nights, overnights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed due to operational reasons
- Must be able to work “Reserve Assignments” and follow Breeze Airways tattoo and piercing policy
- Approximate monthly flight hours guarantee: 37.5 hours with rates ranging from $25 to $37.50 per month

- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines, both in and out of the cabin
- Comfortable using, implementing, and explaining Breeze’s inflight technology
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) while practicing highest hygiene standards
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organizational standards
- Communicate clearly when providing instruction, including emergency and evacuation procedures
- Administer first‑aid and medical care, if required, in the event of an emergency
- Conduct security screenings if needed
- Complete Autism Awareness Training
- Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group values
- Neat, well‑groomed, and capable of making a positive impression
- Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately under high levels of stress
- Think independently while being a part of a collaborative team
- Work independently without direct supervision
- Be a self‑starter with a positive attitude and strong desire for success
- Skilled in handling difficult situations, problem‑solving, complaint resolution, and conflict de‑escalation

- Perform assigned duties, including but not limited to:
- Bending, kneeling, standing, walking, moving through aircraft aisles for extended periods (including during turbulence)
