Overview

Administrative Coordinator - Dukhan, Qatar

We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth functioning of our company's operations by managing administrative tasks and providing support to various departments.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing paperwork.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all relevant information is accurately captured.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for senior management and assist with travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment inventory and order new supplies as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain office budget to ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • Liaise with external vendors to arrange services for the office as required.
  • Act as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and vendors as needed.
Requirements
  • Indian nationality preferred
  • Fluency in English is not required but would be an advantage
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is not necessary but would be beneficial
  • Must have a valid visa to work in Qatar without sponsorship
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
Working Hours

This is a full-time position with working hours from Sunday to Thursday. The standard working hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with one hour for lunch.
