Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities- Manage and organize files, documents, and records
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
