We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee our office operations in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Administrative Manager you will be responsible for managing the administrative staff, creating and implementing efficient policies and procedures, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and experience in managing a diverse team. This is a full‑time position with a competitive salary of $1100 per month. Filipinos with excellent English proficiency are preferred for this role. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective performance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office operations.
  • Oversee budget allocation and monitor expenses to ensure cost‑effectiveness.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order when necessary.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by management.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide support to resolve conflicts.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication flow and collaboration.
  • Organize meetings, events, conferences, etc. as needed by management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a diverse team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of human resources functions is a plus.
