Staff Assistant - Malayalee Contract Position in Dukhan

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organized Staff Assistant to join our team in Dukhan on a contract basis. As a Malayalee, you will be able to communicate effectively with our predominantly Malayalee workforce.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, managing schedules and appointments, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You must have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining files and records, coordinating meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, assisting with travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with discretion. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a contract position for an initial period of six months, with the potential for extension based on performance. The salary for this position is 1000$ per month and includes accommodation.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You should also be able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
