We are currently seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Manager to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. This role is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Egyptian candidates.

As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating a productive work environment.

• Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff
• Create and implement office policies and procedures
• Monitor budget and expenses related to office operations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records
• Serve as the point of contact for all external stakeholders

• Egyptian nationality preferred
• No English language requirement
• Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role is not necessary but preferred
• Must be able to live on-site with provided accommodation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
