Staff Assistant in Dukhan, Qatar

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Staff Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As a Staff Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to our staff members. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging necessary equipment and refreshments
• Assist with onboarding new employees by completing paperwork and providing necessary information
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

• Proven experience as a Staff Assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
• Indian nationality preferred
• English fluency is required
