Administrative Assistant - Dukhan Branch; Filipino Nationals

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Dukhan branch.

• Provide general administrative support to the branch including managing phone calls emails and correspondence
• Maintain and update files records and databases
• Schedule appointments and meetings for branch managers
• Prepare reports presentations and other documents as needed
• Coordinate travel arrangements for branch staff
• Assist in organizing events or meetings at the branch
• Handle office supply inventory and ordering

• Filipino national preferred
• Proven experience in an administrative role
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Power Point
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential

The salary for this position is 1400$ per month

Location This position is based at our Dukhan branch Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Dukhan or willing to relocate
