Staff Assistant (African Candidates)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Staff Assistant to join our team in Dukhan. As a Staff Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff members. This position is open to African candidates who have experience working in an office setting.

• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
• Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

• African nationality preferred
