$90,000–$115,000/year + Discretionary Bonus

We’re hiring a Project Accountant to join our onsite finance team in Duluth, GA! If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have experience with percentage of completion (POC) accounting in the construction industry, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage POC accounting across 200+ construction projects annually.
• Lead monthly revenue recognition, backlog measurement, and gain/loss analysis.
• Work closely with project managers and leadership to finalize monthly schedules.
• Handle incentive payout tracking (e.g., $9.8M in Q2) and special projects.
• Prepare summary schedules, obtain approvals, and build supporting documentation.
• Utilize advanced Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar) for reporting and data validation.

What You’ll Bring:

3–5+ years of Percentage of Completion accounting experience

Advanced Excel skills (formulas, reporting, not just pivot tables)

Experience with construction accounting systems (Dynamics 365, Sage, Timberline, etc.)

Prior experience in construction (no single-family homebuilders, please)

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with incentive/bonus payout calculations
• Background in multi-family or commercial construction
