We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Lead to oversee daily AR operations, including collections, account reconciliations, deduction management, and cash application accuracy. This role provides guidance to AR team members, partners cross-functionally to resolve payment issues, and supports reporting and process improvement initiatives to enhance receivables performance and customer experience.
Responsibilities- Lead and support AR staff to meet performance and accuracy goals
- Manage customer accounts, billing, credits, and collections activity
- Analyze deductions and late payments to identify root causes and recommend improvements
- Prepare AR metrics and escalation reporting for leadership
- Support month-end activities and assist with audit readiness
- 5+ years of accounts receivable, credit, and collections experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
