We are seeking a Corporate Accounting Specialist at a global manufacturer near Duluth, GA area.
Responsibilities- Manage daily accounts receivable and payable
- Prepare to file monthly sales tax and tax return for both federal and states
- Review employees' expense report and prepare reimbursement payment
- Bank reconciliation, bank deposits, and manage transactions
- Prepare internal and external audit
- Support monthly, quarterly and yearly closing
- Other accounting job duties as needed
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5 years Accounting experience preferably in manufacturing industry
- SAP ERP experience will be huge plus
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Hands‑on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (Quick Books, Sage etc.), SAP experience will be plus
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
