Robert Half is hiring a Senior Accountant to join our Full-Time Engagement Professional team, supporting organizations during critical accounting and finance initiatives.

+ Month-end close remediation

+ Financial statement preparation during audits

+ Peak close or reporting cycles

What You'll Be Doing

+ Perform full-cycle month-end close with minimal supervision

+ Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts

+ Draft and post recurring and complex journal entries

+ Produce financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts

+ Maintain fixed asset schedules and capital leases

+ Support SOX compliance and GAAP reporting standards

+ Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations

+ Analyze financial data and present findings clearly

+ Assist with department-wide initiatives and special projects

What We're Looking For

+ 5+ years of accounting experience

+ Strong general ledger and reconciliation background

+ Advanced Excel skills

+ Experience working in large accounting/ERP systems

+ Flexible, solution-oriented professional who adapts quickly
