Summary
Our growing client is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. The Staff Accountant will have room to learn and grow with the company and is responsible for journal entries and reconciliations. The company is seeking a candidate with a bachelor's degree in accounting and 1-4 years of GL experience. The company offers a hybrid work environment and this position partners with operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare general ledger entries
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
- Research and resolve outstanding items.
- Review P&L transactions for accuracy and completeness.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting with 1 to 4 years related experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Medium to large company experience
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
