Staff Accountant

Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records. This role is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands‑on experience across the general ledger, reconciliations, and financial analysis within a collaborative team environment.

• Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining accurate supporting documentation.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including cash and bank accounts.
• Research and resolve discrepancies and outstanding items.
• Review transactions for accuracy and ensure completeness of financial data.
• Assist with month‑end close activities and reporting.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis by reviewing costs, revenues, and trends.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience or relevant internship/training.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Salary range for this role is disclosed as required by local law, and the individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are available, along with a 401(k) retirement plan.
