Job Overview

We provide audit, accounting advisory, SOX compliance, transaction support, valuation, and tax services across a variety of industries including manufacturing, renewable energy, technology, and distribution.

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality audit and advisory services while working directly with managers, partners, and client executives.

• Lead and execute audit and review engagements from planning through completion.
• Perform risk assessments, substantive testing, and financial statement procedures under U.S. GAAP.
• Coordinate engagement activities and communicate progress to managers and partners.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
• Evaluate internal controls, business processes, and compliance procedures.
• Assist clients with SOX compliance projects, including process documentation, flowcharts, RCMs, and control design.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Support special projects, accounting advisory engagements, and transaction‑related services.
• Serve as the field in‑charge on assigned engagements and help drive successful project execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of public accounting, audit, or advisory experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• CPA license (or active CPA candidate) preferred.
• Experience with SOX compliance, internal controls, or advisory projects is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Bilingual Korean and English is highly preferred but not required.

• 현장 감사(In‑Charge) 역할 수행 및 프로젝트 리드

• 회계학, 재무학 또는 관련 전공 학사 이상
• 회계법인 또는 관련 분야 경력 3~6년
• U.S. GAAP에 대한 이해
• CPA 보유자 또는 CPA 취득 예정자 우대
• SOX, Internal Control, Advisory 프로젝트 경험 우대
• SAP, Oracle, Net Suite 등 ERP 사용 경험 우대
• 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 문제 해결 능력
• 멀티태스킹 및 프로젝트 관리 역량
• 세부사항에 대한 높은 정확성과 책임감
• 한국어 및 영어 가능자 우대
