This person will primarily be responsible for coordinating day-to-day office operations, entering invoices, sending payments to subcontractors, and utilizing Quick Books to manage financial and administrative tasks. They will support general office functions, maintain organized records, and assist with administrative coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

This is a Temp-to-Perm hybrid position with 2-3 days per week required in-office.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Quick Books required
  • High school diploma required;
    Associate's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience required
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
