The Senior Licensing Analyst will be responsible for maintaining all official company records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements by filing necessary documents with the state, taking minutes at meetings, managing corporate responses, and generally overseeing the administrative aspects of the company's legal structure, including proper document storage and accessibility. Research and interacting with leaders and associates on all levels. The ability to communicate ideas, issues and solutions across users and support audiences is essential to the role.
The estimated salary range for this role is: 60K - 65K USD Annual
Responsibilities & QualificationsThe Senior Licensing Analyst will act as the Business Information Security Officer. Ensuring that Business Manager(s) understand the importance of IS to protect the business of any regulatory penalties, adverse publicity, customer dissatisfaction or financial loss. Also, be the primary point person for the Business Security Incident Repose Team coordination to communicate and track incidents with Primerica ISO. Handling official company correspondence, maintaining proper communication with stakeholders and responding to inquiries.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date corporate records including articles of organization, meeting minutes, and important documents. Ensuring the company adheres to all state and federal regulations regarding filings, annual reports, corporate license renewals, and other requirements. Answering calls and coordinate with internal departments. Providing updates and executing Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Operational Assessment Tests in Archer. Coordinate with internal departments to process ownership transfers and implement new entity transfers.
The ability to manage and priorities multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while completing tasks within specified deadlines. Work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams at different levels. You will be expected to cross‑train and learn multiple roles within the team and provide support as needed.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in running queries and extraction data from databases or other relevant sources
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills to connect with all levels of management, shareholders and legal professionals
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage large volumes of documents and records
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy and compliance
- Self‑motivated to perform at a high level with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years business experience, including 2+ years in Financial Services
- Knowledge of AdMaster, Confluence, and Peoplesoft is a plus
- Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries
