Job Overview

The Senior, Product Manager owns short-term product roadmaps with hybrid responsibility for both Allocation strategy and execution. Strong candidates demonstrate a proven ability to understand business needs and end-user requirements, while effectively coordinating across cross-functional teams (including Technology, UI/UX, and business stakeholders) to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet all defined requirements.

What You Will Do

* Orchestrate cross-functional projects with support from senior leaders.

* Bring innovative ideas to enhance both customer and colleague experiences.

* Take leadership over complex product areas, which may involve leading as a senior PM.

* Collaborate with business partners to orchestrate cross-functional projects.

* Take ownership of the agenda in large team settings, driving conversations and decision-making.

* Prioritize analyses to guide the roadmap effectively and structure AB tests.

* Pressure test engineers and contribute to technical requirements.

* Structure discovery processes to yield deep insights that impact the product roadmap.

* Gather input from various internal stakeholders and external resources while staying updated on industry trends.

* Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.

* Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and on-scope delivery of their work.
