The Analyst, TPL Sales and Operations is a dynamic role responsible for supporting the following:
- development of marketing strategies and subsequent execution of programs and tactics to attract prospective customers
- manage and maintain team documentation efforts for responses to Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFI) projects for enterprise-level prospects
- provide customer service to new and existing vendors and customers
This position will collaborate daily with project managers as well as other internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Assist in analyzing bid requirements against the proposal outline to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to the customer’s needs
- Monitor and track sales performance data, market pricing review, helping to prepare reports and insights for senior management
- Collaborate with sales and operations to meet deadlines and provide customized/accurate responses
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular communication and providing assistance with their logistics and transportation needs
- Assist in onboarding new clients by understanding their requirements, providing solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Build collaborative relationships with operations staff to facilitate team synergy, creativity and effectiveness
- Provide market intelligence reports and insights to help shape sales strategies and improve service offerings
- Review market rate and gather data so that upper management can analyze it & develop a new client
- Negotiate shipping rates with carriers
- Monitor and support container moves on ocean and land (rail/truck) freight
- Complete shipping documentation, such as bill of lading, house airways bills, house bill of lading and certificates of origin
$48,000 - $58,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Skills & Qualifications- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate-level of MS Excel
- Problem-solving and critical thinking ability
- Detail oriented
- Experience with MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Power Point
- Self-starter that can operate under minimal supervision
- High School Diploma/G.E.D
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 0-1 Years of Direct Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service
