About this Position
We are searching for an experienced and driven Project Coordination Specialist to support the creation, development, and ongoing build‑out of a team responsible for extracting all client data necessary to implement Waystar’s suite of Software‑as‑a‑Service applications.
What You’ll Do- Manage the project intake process, including timely review of Salesforce, monthly utilization, and project assignment reports.
- Coordinate resources for all upcoming projects, provide weekly updates and update Clarizen.
- Interact regularly with the Sales organization to bring recently acquired clients into the Waystar family and ensure the implementation process is followed appropriately.
- Responsible for revenue management.
- Coordinate internal meetings as needed.
- Maintain the client reference/referral repository, working closely with the CSM team in a time‑sensitive environment.
- Work closely with the Sales organization to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Play a role in the client reference ability initiative.
- Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned by management within the area of responsibility and control.
- Consistently meet performance standards as set forth in the quality guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Intense attitude of thoroughness and completeness.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Process and change management skills.
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with Clarizen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis for any employer.
