About this Position

We are searching for an experienced and driven Project Coordination Specialist to support the creation, development, and ongoing build‑out of a team responsible for extracting all client data necessary to implement Waystar’s suite of Software‑as‑a‑Service applications.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the project intake process, including timely review of Salesforce, monthly utilization, and project assignment reports.
  • Coordinate resources for all upcoming projects, provide weekly updates and update Clarizen.
  • Interact regularly with the Sales organization to bring recently acquired clients into the Waystar family and ensure the implementation process is followed appropriately.
  • Responsible for revenue management.
  • Coordinate internal meetings as needed.
  • Maintain the client reference/referral repository, working closely with the CSM team in a time‑sensitive environment.
  • Work closely with the Sales organization to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Play a role in the client reference ability initiative.
  • Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned by management within the area of responsibility and control.
  • Consistently meet performance standards as set forth in the quality guidelines.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Intense attitude of thoroughness and completeness.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Process and change management skills.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Clarizen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis for any employer.
