Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day site operations for retail rollout and renovation projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
• Driving schedule adherence on fast-track projects with minimal disruption to live environments
• Enforcing safety standards and quality control on every site
• Acting as the primary on-site representative with clients and field teams
• Traveling throughout the Southeast to support repeat projects as needed
• Contributing to a collaborative, no-nonsense team culture focused on long-term success

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent - Retail Rollouts, we are seeking:

• Proven superintendent experience on retail, big-box, or rollout-style projects
• Prior experience working in live environments or occupied retail spaces
• Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site safety
• Willingness to travel regionally across the Southeast
• Hands-on, accountable leadership style with clear communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, lean, and highly organized operation
• Experience with national retail clients or repeat-program work is highly desirable
