• Lead large-scale commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project managers, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management
• Drive project profitability and operational excellence

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Proven leadership managing multiple projects and teams
• Strong financial, scheduling, and contract management skills

Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 + Bonus + Benefits
