We’re currently partnering with a growing organization seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment while also supporting operational and planning functions across the business.
Responsibilities- Managing customer orders and order entry within SAP
- Supporting invoicing and customer account activities
- Assisting with forecasting, planning, and inventory coordination
- Communicating with customers regarding order status, timelines, and updates
- Partnering cross‑functionally with operations, supply chain, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Maintaining accurate customer and order data within internal systems
- Experience in customer service, customer care, order management, or inside sales support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience supporting forecasting, planning, or supply chain processes
