As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so that they can focus on running their business.
A Typical DayYou arrive a few minutes before your center opens to ensure everything is ready and there are no outstanding issues. Throughout the day you answer customers’ requests—changing Wi‑Fi codes, locating packages, directing them to meeting rooms, setting up projectors, and ensuring services are properly charged for accurate invoicing. You assist with printing, invoicing, and open tickets in the service portal. You take quick coffee breaks and recharge.
At mid‑afternoon you help plan a networking event, create e‑invitations, print posters, and welcome prospects. You help groups wrap up meetings, suggest nearby restaurants, and tidy the space before closing.
We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing outstanding customer service. You should:
- A good communicator, able to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
- Happy taking ownership of problems and finding solutions
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast‑changing situations
- Experienced and confident using MS Office and related IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
- Work‑life balance (no standard nights or weekends)
- Generous paid time off, including sick and vacation days
- 11 paid company holidays per calendar year
- Competitive 401(k) program with company match
- Affordable and comprehensive health care for all full‑time team members (some options for part‑timers)
- A quarterly bonus plan program, plus an hourly rate of $18.36
- A bright and inspiring work environment
- Training and development opportunities aligned with career growth
- A professional workplace community; business casual attire required
