As a licensed healthcare agent with TTEC Duluth, your primary responsibility is to provide customers with support and guidance on health care coverage options.
Day-to-Day Tasks- Customer Service & Sales - Help clients understand their insurance coverage, health care policy options, and claims.
- Providing Expert Guidance - Complete the sale or renewal of a health plan that best suits the customer needs sales while matching customers with the right products.
- Ensuring Compliance - Follow all industry regulations, such as HIPAA , to protect sensitive data—ensuring employment without regard to race color religion, national origin disability, or sexual orientation gender identity national origin.
- Using Cutting-Edge Tools - Navigate advanced call center software and tools, like CRM platforms and telephony systems to deliver seamless customer service within a collaborative global team.

- Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience - Six months of experience as a customer service representative or in an insurance agent job or health care is a plus.
