Join Our Team as a Dental Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Dental Assistant to support our clinical team in providing top-tier orthodontic care. In this role, you will work chairside to assist with procedures, manage clinical supplies, and ensure our patients feel comfortable and informed. This position requires a professional who can balance technical precision with a warm, patient-first attitude.

Pay- $20 - $25 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Every other week).
- Bilingual Proficiency:
Must be fluent in English and Spanish to support our diverse patient population. - Software Expertise:
Demonstrated proficiency in Eaglesoft and Cloud 9. - Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. - Teamwork:
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment.
- Previous experience specifically in an orthodontic setting.
- Current X-ray/Radiology certification.
- Chairside Assistance:
Provide expert assistance during orthodontic adjustments, bondings, and appliance removals. - Patient Care:
Greet patients, prepare them for treatment, and provide clear instructions on oral hygiene and appliance maintenance. - Clinical Records:
Take high-quality digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and dental impressions. - Sanitation:
Maintain strict sterilization protocols, autoclaving instruments and disinfecting treatment areas between appointments. - Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate patient charting and update electronic medical records.
