- Shift: Full-Time, 24/7 coverage with rotations
- Hours/week: 40+ hours

- License/Certifications: Medical License in Georgia;
Board certified/board eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine - Experience: Completion of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship; prior NICU experience preferred

- Provide comprehensive care in a 16-bed Level III NICU
- Manage an average of 7-8 NICU patients daily
- Deliver specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns
- Attend and manage high-risk deliveries and stabilize critically ill infants
- Support healthy newborns in the nursery
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and physicians
- Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
- Lead or support Neonatal-Perinatal Care efforts
- Work in a modern, innovative, team-oriented environment
Required:
- Active medical license in Georgia
- Board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Completion of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Residency within the immediate local area (relocation may be required)
- Prior NICU experience
- Leadership qualities and desire for professional growth
