Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM), established in 1969, is a premier institution dedicated to advancing the field of aviation maintenance through exceptional education and training.
We are seeking a results-driven, student-focused Admissions Representative to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to guide prospective students toward informed academic decisions while meeting key performance indicators.
Compensation$29–$31 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and relevant factors.
Key Duties- Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit.
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions process.
- Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance.
- Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow‑up.
- Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs.
- Education
:
High School Diploma or GED; associate’s degree or higher preferred. - Experience
:
Proven experience in sales or customer service with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs. One or more years of admissions experience in a post‑secondary educational setting preferred. - Skill set
:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences; excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment; proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems; positive, team‑oriented approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
