Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and ability of: utilizing building codes and standard reference materials for commercial and residential structures.
• Delegate the development of system layouts, narratives, calculations, and engineering reports.
• Produce construction documents using Revit.
• Collaboration with architects, other engineers, and clients as part of our integrated design process
• columns/walls/slab/ Foundation reinforcement
• concrete mix designs shop drawings.
• structural design of buildings and related engineering calculations and structural modeling.
• guidance to junior engineers.
• design calculations or drawings.
• travel to project sites and meetings.

• Adapt to variations in building codes and construction practices while working on projects around the US.
• Collaboration with architects, other engineers, and clients as part of our integrated design process.

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Licensed Structural Engineer (SE).
• Proficiency in structural engineering software such as RISA, ETABS, SAP
  2000, and STAAD
• Experience in structural analysis, design, and detailing - Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Need to be a background check and drug test
• Experience with directing and coordinating project activities of junior staff.
