- Assisting Project Managers to gather, prepare, review and process various project documents such as permits, submittals, contracts, budget information, purchase orders, buy-outs, schedules.
- Processing change proposal takeoff and entry, including time and material changes
- Preparing Operations & Maintenance manuals for clients at closeout
- Tracking all project documents, materials and processing the data entry of information for the projects assigned
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel and an understanding of construction project cycles
- Associates/Bachelor's degree or related construction/electrical field experience
- AutoCAD and Bluebeam knowledge is a plus
