What You'll Do- Execute product and reliability testing.
- Build prototypes, fixtures, and pilot units.
- Support failure investigations and root‑cause analysis.
- Collect and document technical data.
- Assist with manufacturing troubleshooting and process validation.
- Support engineering documentation and quality records.
- Associate degree or equivalent technical experience.
- 3+ years in engineering, manufacturing, lab, or device testing environments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with test equipment, device assembly, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of regulated industries, quality systems, or medical devices preferred.
- Work on products that impact patient lives.
