WhatWill You Do?
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing and procurement departments to deliver the project to customer based on a defined scope, within time and budget.
- Monitor project progress and set deadlines, including milestones, invoices, major material procurement, taking into consideration lead times, shared resources, and commercial priorities.
- Manage the entire project life cycle:
- Project Planning: define scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Execution & Monitoring: manage day‑to‑day operational aspects of projects, track milestones and deliverables, identify and mitigate risks.
- Stakeholder Management: communicate project expectations, act as primary point of contact for project‑related issues.
- Resource Management: coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Reporting: prepare progress reports, proposals, and presentations; provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and prepare technical cost proposals.
- Compile design submittals and O&M manuals and ensure all documentation is up to date and aligned with scope defined in kickoff meeting.
Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, one day remote.
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…- Sitting for long periods working on a computer and talking over the phone.
- Ability to go to customer worksite if needed.
- Standing for long periods.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Working knowledge of packaged portable, industrial, or groundwater treatment systems and processes preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for interfacing with customers, engineering, sales, etc.
- Practical experience with a variety of water treatment system design and operation a plus.
- High competency with Microsoft Office Products:
Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint. Intermediate level for Excel is a plus (use of Pivot Table, project tracking, shared spreadsheets, formulas). - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- PMP or other related certification, highly desirable.
- International project management experience a plus.
