Project Engineer, Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Assure compliance with contract documents.
• Monitor costs and project progress.
• Review plans and technical documents.
• Create, manage, and track RFIs.
• Maintain and update project records.
• Manage submittals from subcontractors to AIE.
• Coordinate work with site crews, departments, and subcontractors.
• Assist in creating and distributing the project schedule.
• Conduct and document weekly project owner meetings.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with management and the client.
• Manage, create, and negotiate change orders.
• Assist with project closeout.
• Assist with subcontractor billings and pay applications.
• Assist the Project Manager with assigned tasks.
• Resolve conflicts between owner, contractor, and subcontractor.

Bluebeam, Revit (Autodesk), AutoCAD, MS Project, e-Builder, Procore

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent + 2 years experience in the job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is accepted.

Full Time. Travel (60%) involved to unanticipated client locations within US.
