Job Responsibilities
- Assure compliance with contract documents.
- Monitor costs and project progress.
- Review plans and technical documents.
- Create, manage, and track RFIs.
- Maintain and update project records.
- Manage submittals from subcontractors to AIE.
- Coordinate work with site crews, departments, and subcontractors.
- Assist in creating and distributing the project schedule.
- Conduct and document weekly project owner meetings.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with management and the client.
- Manage, create, and negotiate change orders.
- Assist with project closeout.
- Assist with subcontractor billings and pay applications.
- Assist the Project Manager with assigned tasks.
- Resolve conflicts between owner, contractor, and subcontractor.
Bluebeam, Revit (Autodesk), AutoCAD, MS Project, e-Builder, Procore
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent + 2 years experience in the job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is accepted.
Other InformationFull Time. Travel (60%) involved to unanticipated client locations within US.
