Vaco is partnering with a large, reputable national organization seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support high-volume AP operations in a fast‑paced, team oriented environment. In this role, you'll audit and process invoice batches, employee expense reports, and credit card statements while ensuring compliance with company policies and documentation standards.

• Full Cycle Accounts Payable operations within a high-volume environment
• Audit and process high?volume AP batches, including invoices, expense reports, and credit card statements
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions within the ERP system
• Monitor unposted or on?hold batches and resolve issues through reporting and analysis
• Maintain organized electronic and manual filing systems to support audit readiness
• Track incoming payments and assist with invoice entry as needed
• Partner daily with plant and operational teams to ensure complete, accurate submissions
• Research and resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally
• Support workflow improvements through data tracking (Excel), process adherence, and administrative tasks

• 5-10+ years of full-cycle AP experience at a large organization (500M+ revenue) - (REQUIRED)
• Associate degree (plus)
• Proficiency with various ERP systems (required)
• MS Excel capabilities (sorting, filtering, lookups, basic formulas) - (required)
• Candidates must have stable job history (required)
