Compensation: $62,/year
Vaco is partnering with a large, reputable national organization seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support high-volume AP operations in a fast‑paced, team oriented environment. In this role, you'll audit and process invoice batches, employee expense reports, and credit card statements while ensuring compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
Responsibilities- Full Cycle Accounts Payable operations within a high-volume environment
- Audit and process high?volume AP batches, including invoices, expense reports, and credit card statements
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions within the ERP system
- Monitor unposted or on?hold batches and resolve issues through reporting and analysis
- Maintain organized electronic and manual filing systems to support audit readiness
- Track incoming payments and assist with invoice entry as needed
- Partner daily with plant and operational teams to ensure complete, accurate submissions
- Research and resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally
- Support workflow improvements through data tracking (Excel), process adherence, and administrative tasks
- 5-10+ years of full-cycle AP experience at a large organization (500M+ revenue) - (REQUIRED)
- Associate degree (plus)
- Proficiency with various ERP systems (required)
- MS Excel capabilities (sorting, filtering, lookups, basic formulas) - (required)
- Candidates must have stable job history (required)
- Salary range of $62, per year

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
