The ISP MA Service Analyst 2 is a seasoned specialist responsible for executing daily operational tasks with a higher degree of complexity than an entry-level role. This individual handles a wider range of operational functions, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of transactions, resolving issues, and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards. This role requires a solid understanding of the trade lifecycle and ability to work independently to solve problems.

The estimated salary range for this role is: 43K - 47K Annually

Hybrid Schedule

Required:

Two on-site days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday)

Location:

Duluth, GA

• Accurately processes intermediate-level transactions including money movements and account maintenance updates.
• Act as a primary point of contact for routine and moderately complex inquiries from advisers and internal departments investigating and resolving processing discrepancies or issues.
• Ensure all processed documentation is complete and compliant with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining meticulous records.
• Manage assigned daily workflows efficiently, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and contribute ideas for improving operational processes.
• The manager may delegate tasks to the analyst, such as preparing and working on exception reports, quality review of processing, etc.

• Foundational understanding of the securities industry, various financial products and basic regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Microsoft programs including Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify problems and formulate solutions.
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills related to the successful achievement of departmental goals.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience SIE Exam, Series 6/7, 24/26, 65/66 Back-office Brokerage, Transfer Agent, or Advisory operations experience or equivalent work experience preferred.

Experience with financial services software (such as Pershing's NetX
360).
