ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Health care team, leads operation and clinical activity of the Pharmacy Staff so as to provide pharmaceutical care. Acts as a professional resource. Serves all patients, including, but not limited to, neonates, pediatrics, adolescent, adults and geriatrics.
Qualifications REQUIRED- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Active Georgia Pharmacist license.
- Two (2) years clinical pharmacy experience.
- ASHP
- Accredited Post Graduate Year 1 and 2 Residency or Fellowship or equivalent experience in the specialty area. - Relevant Pharmacy Specialty Board certification is preferred.
- Previous management experience.
