Clinical Territory Manager – Overview
Mini Med is seeking a Clinical Territory Manager to educate and train health‑care professionals and patients on diabetes products. The role supports the Gainesville, GA territory, including Gainesville, Alpharetta, Duluth, and Blue Ridge. Responsibilities include providing clinical training, supporting sales, troubleshooting, and traveling within the territory.
Responsibilities- Educates patients, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals about intensive diabetes management using Medtronic Diabetes products.
- Supports sales activities indirectly and serves as a technical resource for diabetes products and solutions.
- Collaborates with sales counterparts and other departments to develop and implement territory growth strategies, identify opportunities, and ensure optimal patient experiences.
- Troubleshoots clinical and technical issues related to Medtronic products and assists healthcare professionals in managing patient therapy for positive outcomes.
- Consults and presents to individuals and groups, plans and manages assignments within budget, and travels for seminars, events, and meetings.
- Captures healthcare professional engagements via Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participates in ongoing competency development through training and attends conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
- Valid registered license in one or more of the following fields:
Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Dietitian (RD), Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Pharmacist. - Associate’s Degree and 4 years of clinical experience, or Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of clinical experience.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) preferred.
- Prior sales experience.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy. Driving record will be reviewed; the candidate must be able to drive approximately 100% of the time within the assigned territory and may require overnight travel.

Benefits & CompensationCompetitive salary range (USD): $68,000.00 - $. Eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) that brings the estimated average total target compensation (TTC) range to $91,000 – $123,000. USD. Benefits include health, dental, vision, HSA, HRA, life insurance, long‑term disability, pay‑based plans, 401(k) with company match, short‑term disability, paid time off, holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, and additional retirement benefits subject to IRS requirements.
