Role Description

This full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role is based in Duluth, GA. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate children’s functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to support motor, sensory, and daily living skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering direct therapy sessions, documenting progress, collaborating with speech therapists and other professionals, and communicating goals and strategies to families and caregivers. The role also involves educating families on home programs, participating in care planning meetings, and contributing to a positive, inclusive clinic environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement pediatric-focused treatment plans.
  • Understanding of Pediatrics and Medicine as they relate to child development, functional performance, and family-centered care.
  • Excellent Communication skills for working with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program; current or eligible Georgia OT license.
  • Experience in pediatric clinical settings (outpatient, school-based, or early intervention) preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, maintain accurate documentation, and use electronic health records efficiently.
  • Commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care; bilingual abilities are a plus.
