Seasonal Front Desk Supervisor
Join AAC as a Seasonal Front Desk Supervisor and become an integral part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our members and their guests. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence. This seasonal position begins in early May and ends in late September.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 per hour
* Enjoy a holiday rate of 1.5 times normal pay on Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day

Essential Job Functions:
* Oversee front desk staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service to all members and guests
* Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk team members to promote a cohesive and high-performing team
* Act as the primary point of contact for front desk staff, resolving conflicts and addressing performance concerns
* Greet members and guests, assisting with check-ins and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
* Handle escalated member inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
* Monitor the POS system for transactions, including program fees, guest fees, and merchandise sales
* Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and operates efficiently
* Ensure towels are washed, dried, and folded in a timely manner
* Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations
* Assist with inquiries about aquatics programs, facility information, and club events
* Perform additional duties as assigned by Aquatics Director
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in customer service or hospitality
* Must be available for shifts during mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
* Be able to stand for at least 4 hours, lift up to 35 pounds and work outside periodically
* Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner
* Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications
Schedule:
* Seasonal Full-Time 30-40 hours per week
* Shifts vary based on the needs of the Club and include nights, weekends and holidays
