H. House is seeking a proactive Guest Service Associate (GSA) in Duluth, GA. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, handle reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
Prior front desk experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and excellent guest service skills are most important. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication are required, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
