LHH is seeking a dynamic and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist for a leading manufacturing company in Duluth, GA. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at managing multiple responsibilities, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage job postings across internal and external platforms.
  • Screen incoming resumes to identify top candidates and determine targeted recruitment needs.
  • Maintain an updated database of open positions, handling 30–45 requisitions simultaneously.
  • Build partnerships with educational institutions and training providers; actively participate in recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand job requirements and source top talent.
  • Conduct initial phone and occasional in-person interviews, including weekend availability as needed.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
  • Extend contingent job offers and ensure adherence to confidentiality protocols.
  • Support additional organizational needs as required.

    • Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Accounting, HR, or Engineering fields.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Success Factors preferred).
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10–40%), with increased travel during site launches and job fairs.
